About the role

Ammos serves 120 covers a night of fresh Ionian fish and modern Greek plates. We’re looking for a Sous Chef to support our Head Chef, run the pass on busy nights and manage stock and suppliers.

Requirements

• 4+ years in professional kitchens, 1+ as sous or chef de partie
• Strong fish butchery and seafood skills
• HACCP knowledge and valid health certificate
