    About the role

    Aktaia Bay Resort is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead a team of 14 receptionists, concierges and guest relations staff for the 2027 season. You will own the guest arrival experience from booking to check-out and work closely with revenue and housekeeping.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, schedule and train the front office team
    • Handle VIP arrivals, complaints and upgrades
    • Monitor occupancy, overbookings and daily reports
    • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and maintenance

    Requirements

    • 3+ years in a front office supervisory role in 4★/5★ hotels
    • Fluent Greek and English; German or French is a strong plus
    • Experience with Opera or Protel PMS
    • Degree in hospitality management preferred
