About the role

Aktaia Bay Resort is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead a team of 14 receptionists, concierges and guest relations staff for the 2027 season. You will own the guest arrival experience from booking to check-out and work closely with revenue and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule and train the front office team
Handle VIP arrivals, complaints and upgrades
Monitor occupancy, overbookings and daily reports
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and maintenance

Requirements

3+ years in a front office supervisory role in 4★/5★ hotels
Fluent Greek and English; German or French is a strong plus
Experience with Opera or Protel PMS
Degree in hospitality management preferred
